Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in quantity surveying or construction
• At least 3 years of relevant quantity-surveying experience
• Experience with estimates, bills of quantities, costs, and contracts
• Good spreadsheet and industry-software skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
