Job Overview

Help employees with everyday computer and IT problems in Abu Dhabi. The job includes helping users, checking hardware and software issues, setting up computers and equipment, and supporting basic IT systems. At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Duties

• Help users with computer and software problems
• Check basic hardware problems
• Install and configure computers and equipment
• Help set up printers and other devices
• Support basic IT systems
• Record and follow up on technical problems
• Follow IT security and company rules
• Report bigger technical problems to the IT team

Requirements

• Relevant IT diploma, degree, or recognized certification
• At least 3 years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of desktop hardware, software, networks, and user support
• Experience documenting incidents and following support procedures
• Patient communication and good troubleshooting skills
